Who We Are
Sum & Sam Professional Service Limited ("Sum & Sam" or "SSPRO") is a Hong Kong limited company incorporated in 2019. We hold a Trust or Company Service Provider ("TCSP") licence (Licence No. TC008190). We provide all-round and one-stop consulting services spanning company establishment, company secretary, compliance, accounting, and required business licensing (including but not limited to License Corporation, Money Lender, Licensed Insurance Broker, and Dealers in Precious Metals & Stones Registration). We serve our valuable clients in a professional manner with integrity and open communication.
Our Team
Our team is composed of seasoned experts from diverse fields. The core members include HKICPA, overseas non-practising lawyer, CAMS, Chartered Secretaries, Chartered Governance Professional, and compliance experts. With an average of 30 years of industry experience, our team members have held senior executive positions in various international and local financial institutions, accumulating extensive professional knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as compliance, settlement, operations, licensing management, accounting, taxation, and auditing.
Our Core Services & Achivements
Leveraging the SSPRO platform, we specialise in providing two core services: "Compliance Framework Support" and "Regulatory Licensing Services Across Various Industries." Since our establishment, in just a few short years, our consulting team has participated in or successfully assisted with the application of over 50 different types of regulatory licenses, demonstrating our strong expertise and outstanding achievements in compliance and regulatory fields.
Furthermore, we have established close strategic alliances with multiple professional partners, tailoring specific strategies for projects based on client needs. By complementing each other's strengths and leveraging our collective expertise, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services.
Our Evolution
Building on our solid foundation in corporate services, we launched SSPRO ACADEMY in August 2025 to extend our reach into compliance education and talent development. In May 2026, we introduced our first "C.A.T. Compliance Triangle" practical course. In October 2026, we launched the "Compliance Relief Station", specifically designed to provide career guidance and practical consulting for compliance newcomers. Today, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation of compliance professionals.

本團隊由跨領域資深專家組成，核心成員包括具備香港會計師執業資格的會計師、海外非執業律師、反洗黑錢師、特許秘書、公司治理師以及合規專業人員。團隊成員平均擁有30年行業經驗，曾於多家國際及本地金融機構擔任高管要職，累積了豐富的專業知識與實戰經驗，專精於合規、結算、營運、牌照管理、會計、稅務及審計等領域。

現以深與傑為平台，專注為企業提供「合規架構支援」及「各類監管行業牌照申辦」兩大核心服務。自開業以來短短數年，我們的顧問團隊已累計參與或成功協助申請超過 50 張不同類型的監管牌照，展現了我們在合規與監管領域的深厚專業能力與卓越成就。
